Presented here are a series of qi gong exercises that can be practiced on their own or together and which are great for improving general health and increasing vitality and levels of chi. 
In all of these exercises you should be using abdominal breathing (see Qi Gong - Regulation of the Breathing)

Basic Qi Gong Exercise 1

Basic Qi Gong Series:


This is one of the most basic stand-alone qi gong exercises, but it can be a little difficult to do sometimes without losing your balance. In the horse stance turn your head to the side as you begin to inhale, and continue your inhalation until you reach the bottom of your movement with your head in the center between your feet. You should do at least 8 repetitions of this exercise.
