Liuhe Bafa Quan
Also known as the 6 Harmonies method, Water Boxing, Temple Style or Hua Yu after the mountain where it was conceived
this style was developed by the Taoist sage Chen Po. The principle method of this art is associated with a 'water exercise'
from the 5 elements philsosphy that is traced back to the Song Dynasty. This style contains the main elements of XinYi Bagua
and Taijiquan and also incorporates elements of training borrowed from external styles. The Training is divided into
66 major forms, each practiced in 2 parts, the first concentrated on the health and fitness aspects of the techniques and
the second giving its martial applications.
