To form the Leopard Fist hold your hand open and flat, with the fingers together and the palm facing down, and then bend
your fingers at the middle knuckle to form a fist as shown in the picture.
The use of this handform concentrates the power of a strike because the surface area that you strike with is smaller
than if you use a standard fist. It is good for fast combinations alternating between one hand and the other, and gives you
a greater range of different punches that can be used.
