Like many chinese martial arts Bagua Zhang includes imitative animal styles. In Bagua Zhang there are 8
main animal styles: the lion, dragon, snake, bear, phoenix, monkey, rooster and kirin (a mythical creature). The animal
styles each have distinct strategies and paterns of movement and serve to develop particular strengths and talents in the
practitioner as well as containig unique techniques. This page contains only resources related specifically to the animal
